Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides high quality care to a population of approximately 300,000 people living in the areas of Alsager, Crewe, Congleton, Knutsford, Middlewich, Nantwich, Northwich, Sandbach and Winsford. Employing c.5000 members of staff, we have an annual income of approximately £307m.  We provide a wide range of acute, maternity, child health and intermediate care services from our three sites – Leighton Hospital in Crewe, Victoria Infirmary in Northwich, and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre in Winsford. We are part of the Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership, have a formal clinical partnership with University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust and enjoy strong links with the University of Chester, Manchester Metropolitan University and Staffordshire University.

We are now seeking an exceptional individual to join our Board as a Non-Executive Director and support progression of our transformational journey.  Providing scrutiny, governance and strategic leadership grounded in board level experience, you will bring a successful track record of leadership in complex healthcare settings.  To complement our existing Board, we are particularly keen to hear from individuals who have experience of leadership within primary care or mental health services environments.
